Healthy Inside and Out
To keep your skin fresh and healthy it is important to cleanse it every evening.
Use a gentle soap like my pure vegetable glycerine soap ( with the  appropriate  essential oils for YOUR skin ) .
Then feed it with a good night cream.    
Turn down the central heating a notch, it is very drying for your skin.    
Exercise in the fresh air, it helps the blood flow to your skin and so keeps it looking fresh.    
A good night sleep gives your skin time to rest and recover.    
Drink as much water or herbal- or green tea as you can , at least two   litre  a day. 
Try to keep coffee or tea to a minimum.    
Eat at least five fruit or vegetables a day.    
To eat live yogurt can help your digestive system , it will clean your body  from the inside out!
